Search Has Become Everything

Well, it’s been awhile since I put my fingers to the keyboard to espouse my vision of the search space, but I think there’s  a lot to talk about these days, so I decided to dust off my blogging hat.

„Search has become everything“ in the words of a very notable venture investor I ran into recently at one of the dozens of conferences we seem to attend on a regular basis. That’s a very bold statement and one I obviously support whole-heartedly. Search is what we think of every time we want to „know“ something, regardless of device, location or particular interest. This new paradigm is causing the search platform to evolve, to incorporate new capabilities faster than at any point in the history of this technology. Spoiler alert: Lucidworks is on the forefront of this new paradigm. Stay tuned!

We’re excited to be partnering with some of the major players in the big data space namely: Cloudera, Pivotal and MapR and we look forward to working closely with them to build innovative and significant new applications for enterprises all across the globe and lead the charge to enable the data driven enterprise.
