Gartner Names Lucidworks as a Visionary in 2019 Insight Engines Magic Quadrant
Technology research and advisory firm Gartner recently published their annual report Magic Quadrant for Insight Engines, which quickly educates about this market’s competing technology providers. We are proud to announce that Lucidworks has been named the only Visionary vendor in Gartner’s 2019 Magic Quadrant for Insight Engines.

According to the report, “As businesses evolve to become digital and generate more structured and unstructured content, the need for insight engine technology to surface relevant facts, content and knowledge to stakeholders is critical. Vendors in this marketplace have mature solutions and represent a cost-effective and systemic approach to improving the development and consumption of knowledge across the enterprise.”
It was Lucidworks’ comprehensive approach that attracted the tech giant Lenovo. “Lucidworks Fusion transformed our search strategy, boosting customer engagement and business-critical KPI’s,” says Marc Desormeau, senior manager, Digital Customer Experience at Lenovo. “From the performance of the platform, to above-and-beyond customer support, we see Lucidworks as a foundational building block for the digital experience of our customers.”
Thirty-four of the Fortune 100 rely on Fusion, Lucidworks flagship product, to improve insight discovery to enable the digital workplace, or to provide their ecommerce customers with a better online experience.
